  • Card Payments: All credit/debit card transactions are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment method details directly. We only receive a transaction token and limited information (e.g., last 4 digits, card type, country of issuance) to verify the purchase.
  • Crypto Payments: Cryptocurrency transactions are processed via Binance Pay. We receive public wallet addresses and transaction hashes, but we do not have access to your private keys.

2.3. Automatically Collected Information

  • Device and Usage Information: We may collect information about your browser, IP address, and device type to prevent fraud and calculate applicable VAT/Sales Tax based on your location.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To grant access to digital content, process your license, and display your interactive alerts on the stream.
  • Tax Compliance: To determine your location for VAT/Sales Tax calculation (via Paddle) and to maintain financial records as required by the Revenue Service of Georgia.
  • Security: To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, money laundering, and unauthorized access.
  • Communication: To send you transaction receipts, technical notices, and support updates.

4. SHARING OF INFORMATION (THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS)

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with third-party service providers who help us operate our business:

  • Paddle.com: Acting as the Merchant of Record for international payments. They handle payment processing, fraud prevention, and tax remittance.
  • Binance Pay: Acting as the Virtual Asset Service Provider for cryptocurrency transactions.
  • Streaming Tools: If you use interactive features, your username and message content (but not your payment data) may be processed to display alerts on the live broadcast.
  • Legal Authorities: We may disclose information if required by Georgian law or in response to a valid legal request.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this policy.

  • Financial Records: Transaction data is retained for a minimum period of 3 years (or as required by Georgian tax law) for audit and tax purposes.
